why should I book a party leader??

If you really want to relax and let some-one else entertain you and all your friends, booking one of our party leaders is for you. For a really creative party, they will bring a big range of moulds, fragrances and colours, as well as a big box of special wrappings and decorations for the finished treats.  It's so exciting watching it all come out of the box!

We train all our party leaders thoroughly, in person, insure them with our public liability insurance, and support them at every event they do.  They are part of "The Team" and very professional.  Parties for any ages 8 to 80+ are all possible!

Party leaders are now in South Yorkshire, Buckinghamshire, Glasgow, Worcestershire, Birmingham, Staffordshire, Edinburgh,  Derbyshire, Warwickshire, Bristol and Stockport, Belfast and Leeds.

You can have up to 12 guests at a leader run party, and they will deliver the party, and clear up within 2 hours leaving you with happy guests clutching their decorated party bag full of cosmetic treats.

We will go virtually anywhere for a party!!!!  Remember mileage is charged, so here is where we could set off from to get to you:

what can you make at a soaps & cosmetics party??
We add new ideas all the time and guests are always coming up with variations.  You will need a sink to wash up in, and a microwave to make either soaps or lip balm, and we usually do the party in the kitchen.

You get to choose 3 treats for everyone at the party, and we always offer soap making, with toys, beads, glitter, in all sorts of shapes from hearts to trains and roses to horses, or a pretty beaded soap on a rope - colours and fragrances are almost limitless in their combinations.  Bath bombs are always a favourite, made in a big mountain shape with flower petals or you can make bath sherbert in a pretty jar to sprinkle in your bath. 

Lip balm has lovely natural ingredients with calendula and beeswax to sooth dry lips.  Body glitter gel is the disco essential - pink or blue, starry and in a pretty jar - we buy bespoke glitter mixes you can't get anywhere else !!!!

Lotion for body, feet, hands, can be made with all sorts of fragrances, and shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, bubble bath, bath salts can all co-ordinate in sweet little bottles or be mad combinations like blue chocolate or pink banana.

All our products are independently assessed under the cosmetic safety regulations and safety procedures are built into our detailed training program with party leaders.  The bases for our products are specially manufactured for us so we know they will work perfectly at a party.

prices for a party leader

All children's parties for a leader to come to you, for any number of guests up to 12, in any area, are £150 (inc VAT) plus 50p/mile for first 50 miles, then £1 a mile travel. That includes everything your guests make, and taking their treats home in a party bag, and the special hand made "name soap" gift.  No hidden extras!!!  Fab value at around £12 a head for a craft party.

It is unlikely that under 8's would  manage the soap craft activities independently and can get rather tired and frustrated, so we only offer parties to children celebrating their 8+ birthday and adults.  Occasional guests under 8 can sometimes be accommodated and must each be accompanied 1 to 1 throughout the party.

Adults also enjoy fizzpotzz parties for birthdays, cheer me ups or a get together.  We have enjoyed hosting hen nights ( and days), baby showers, an 80th birthday party and even a divorce party!!!!  It's the perfect girl's party for any age!

Phone to check availability, we will do our best to fit you in.  We positively encourage all our party leaders to have a quality home life so not all dates are available in all areas.  Once we've agreed a date and place, we'll send you a booking form so you can choose the things you want to make and give us directions. 

when should I book???

If you have a definite date in mind you may need to book around 4 weeks ahead.  We can take bookings up to 6 months ahead.  Late notice bookings are always possible, and we will try to find the best time & date that suits.  You will be asked to pay the full amount when you book, either by cheque or with a card payment taken on the phone. 

will there be someone available???

We find we can fix up a date that suits everyone for almost all parties.  If you want to check specific dates before you start planning you can look at the chart here which gives you some idea of dates available in your area.

how many can come??
You can invite 11 guests, so there are 12 altogether making fizzy treats at your children's party.  We limit numbers to 12 to make sure you can all have a fun party in a safe way with one of our leaders supervising.  If you want more guests, you can ask for 2 party leaders to come (available in some areas only) which costs an extra £50, plus travel, plus £10 per extra guest.  For more flexibility, you can order a party bucket and do the party yourself for as many guests as you like.
